Terms and Conditions

  • Dianne’s Venture Tours will not be responsible for any reckless, accidental or negligent actions which may cause injury, damage to persons or their property.
  • All customers are to follow the instructions at all times of your tour guide.
  • Dianne’s Venture Tours will not be liable for any items lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen during the tour.
  • No bottles, glass or hot liquids are allowed on any tour.
  • No drinks are allowed to be taken into any of the venues visited on any tour.
  • Dianne’s Venture Tours will take no liability for the actions taken by customers on the tour.
  • No smoking is permitted on any of Dianne’s Venture Tours.
  • Dianne’s Venture Tours will not be responsible for any claims arising out of sexual nature on any of its tours.
  • All customers need to be ready to be picked up at their designated time. All who do not arrive on time run the risk of being left behind at their own expense.
  • Anybody involved in any unruly behaviour run the risk of not continuing with the tour.
  • Dianne’s Venture Tours has no financial interest in any of the venues we visit.
  • Dianne’s Venture Tours reserves the right to alter tours and or cancel tours.
  • Dianne’s Venture Tours may take photos and videos during your tour and use these images in promotional material including on the website and social media sites. 
  • A 10% discount for a tour is given when a repeat tour has been completed within 12 months or the customer has referred a new customer.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email) or by telephone (03 5952 5480) of any cancellation or amendments to a booking.
  •  Payments can be refunded or transferred to another tour if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the tour.
  • Cancellation within 30 days of the tour will result in a 85% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days will be refunded at 50% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour or failure to take up the tour will result in 1005 loss of the tour price
  •  If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the customer has an option to rebook on another exact tour at no cost or request a full refund.
  • Our refund policy is separate from and doesn’t affect the warranties/protection under the Trade Practices Act.
Please note: If a tour is cancelled, the customer must rely upon any travel insurance they hold for compensation and where possible Dianne’s Venture Tours will arrange a similar tour.

And if for unforeseen circumstances due to a medical problem the customer has to cancel their tour and the customer has a medical certificate, Dianne’s Venture Tours will assess each case and decide if a full refund will be given.
